Back from a Walk. A Hallway That Isn’t Afraid of Mud.

Leash, towel, and paw prints. Roki organizes the entryway with the same precision he uses for schedules.

ROKI / COORDINATORA STUDIO STORY

In our studio, Roki keeps the deadlines. After a walk, he also makes sure no one goes straight to the rug. He designed this hallway for a day when the weather forecast turned out to be very optimistic.

A Place for What Comes Back with You.

We mapped out a real homecoming: keys, shoes, leash, wet towel, and a dog ready to launch toward the couch. Everything gets a place. Even the waste bags that usually vanish mysteriously before you head out.

A bench helps the human, low storage organizes accessories, and hooks keep leashes out of the way. Roki also wanted a separate cabinet for a motorcycle helmet. We accepted this as a scope expansion, not a minor detail.

Washing Without the Water Park.

The cobalt paw-washing station is a concept element. In reality, it requires planning for plumbing, waterproofing, access, and easy cleaning. Just picking pretty tiles doesn’t solve the rest.

Not every home needs a dog shower. Sometimes a convenient spot for a towel and simple organization at the door works better. A good solution fits daily life, not just the ambitions of a cover photo.

Mud Has Its Own Schedule.

We choose materials based on usage and care instructions, not on a promise of “never getting dirty.” It’s worth seeing samples in the light that will actually hit the interior. And think about grout color before the first walk makes its own presentation.

The handover ended with six paw prints and one happy dachshund. Roki considered the test passed. The human decided the towel should hang closer. That’s exactly why you test a design in use instead of just falling in love with the render.
