Revisions are not a set to failure. Pudzian sets boundaries.
“Just one more option” sounds harmless. Pudzian heard it eleven times and began to suspect endurance training.
PUDZIAN / JUNIOR DESIGNERA STUDIO STORY

The client asked to move the lamp. Then the table. Then the kitchen to where the bedroom had just been. Pudzian enjoys a challenge, so briefly considered it a warm-up. When “let’s go back to the first version” arrived, he put down his pencil to discuss the project’s training plan.
One round is one list, not a season of television.
Before starting, we agree how many feedback rounds each stage includes and what counts as a round. For us it means one consolidated list from the decision-makers, referring to the version shown. Not seven messages across seven days, with the last cancelling the first.
We ask clients to agree their comments with each other first. Pudzian fears neither large dogs nor cows, but he cannot lift two contradictory instructions for the same wall. Not even with a spotter.
Revise the design or start a new one?
Changing a shade within the agreed direction is different from rebuilding a layout after approval. We distinguish feedback within a stage, extra options and scope changes. We correct our own mistakes instead of pretending the client just ordered a premium package.
For a bigger change, we first explain what needs redoing, the cost and the effect on timing. Work starts after agreement. arkeeno helps keep comments with the project, but it cannot have the “are we really moving the kitchen?” conversation for us.
How to say it without growling.
The offer specifies the stage, number of rounds, how comments are collected, what revisions cover and how further changes are priced. The number fits the project, not a canine calendar. Contract terms deserve legal review, not a copied internet sentence treated as a lucky charm.
Our message reads: “This proposal changes the approved layout. We will prepare the additional scope, fee and revised timing for your decision.” No sulking. No eye-rolling. Pudzian only rolls tyres, after work.

“ONE MORE SET MAKES SENSE AT THE GYM. IN A PROJECT, FIRST AGREE WHAT WE ARE LIFTING.”
