Approval Without the “final_FINAL_v7_for_real” File.

Roki went through fourteen email threads and one photo of a napkin. He returned with a plan: one approval, one place.

ROKI / COORDINATORA STUDIO STORY

Approval in our studio used to look like this: the client texted “ok,” but no one knew to which version. Roki spent a week with his nose to the ground, searching for a scent. He only found a napkin with a drawing of a sofa.

“OK” Is Not an Approval.

“OK” can mean: I agree, I read it, I’m in an elevator, or please leave me alone. Roki learned this the hard way when we ordered tiles for a version the client had only seen as a thumbnail.

That’s why we record every decision alongside the specific phase and visualization. In arkeeno, approval can live right where the design is, instead of getting lost between a meme and an invoice reminder.

One Version of the Truth.

When everyone is looking at the same file, the conversation shifts from “which one was it?” to “what are we fixing?”. Comments on an image are clearer than arrows drawn with a finger on a screenshot of a screenshot.

Roki makes sure every new version has a number, a date, and a short note about what changed. Not out of bureaucratic passion. He just doesn’t want to explain again why the sofa is green when “we definitely talked about blue.”

Clients Like Peace of Mind Too.

A clear process isn’t cold. The client knows what’s settled, what’s waiting for a decision, and when to speak up. Fewer “what stage are we at?” questions, more talk about how they want to live.

After implementing the new order, Roki took his first nap during work hours in months. He claims it was a “closed-eye schedule review.” We considered it a process success.
