A residence for the President of the United States shaped like a classic flying saucer. A chrome disc, round windows with a galaxy view and an oval office — finally an oval office that is actually oval. Landing pad on the lawn included.
[ BRIEF ]
The client wanted a house that “everybody says is incredible”. Kokos pitched a saucer. The client said he'd had that idea much earlier. Kokos agreed — that's what good sales looks like.
[ HOW IT WENT ]
An oval office inside a round house is a geometric nightmare. We solved it our way: all furniture made to measure, zero right angles, and one desk with a view of Earth. The client claims he can see his golf course from there.
The client changed his mind about the shade of gold more often than Kokos changes ties. Every version landed in arkeeno, signed and dated, while AI visualisations turned out new variants in minutes instead of days. Version no. 1 won. Of course.
The client came to the handover with a dog sporting the identical hairdo. The dog sniffed the lounge, approved the bedroom and demanded his own landing pad. It's in the addendum. Kokos closed the addendum over dinner.

“The client asked if it could be «more patriotic». I added bunting on the ramp. Then he asked if it could be «more cosmic». I added an Earth view from the office. I sold both versions. Closed the deal in one night.”
