01 / QUIET ZONES
We wrote the house like a training plan: loud zone, recovery zone, and the “do not enter, mum is reading” zone. The master bedroom acoustics passed the test of three kids and one neighbour with a drill.
Silence you can see.
A residence designed around one word: calm. Soft light, stone, wood and a space that doesn't need to shout to be noticed. Premium, no flexing.
[ BRIEF ]
The clients asked for a house where they could rest from three kids. Pudzian heard “basement gym” and from that moment talked about nothing else. In the end they got both the calm and the gym.

[ HOW IT WENT ]
We wrote the house like a training plan: loud zone, recovery zone, and the “do not enter, mum is reading” zone. The master bedroom acoustics passed the test of three kids and one neighbour with a drill.
On a six-month build, one late decision means a week of contractors in a café. Every approval in arkeeno had a deadline and an owner, and the client could see what was waiting for their “yes”. The café lost its regulars.
Microcement, oiled oak, linen. Pudzian stress-tested every material personally, which in the case of the curtains was a mistake. The curtains were replaced; the lesson stayed.

[ PUDZIAN SAYS ]
“I do this project like a workout: warm-up, then heavy sets. The stone table went in like a deadlift — smooth, no jerking. I skipped three accessories, because I don't snack between sets. What's left is calm. And definition.”

“The house is so calm the kids think it's a library. We're not correcting them just yet.”
