01 / A MADE-TO-MEASURE THRONE
We designed the throne 1:1 for the “lying down, but with dignity” pose. Five prototypes, four rejected with a yawn. The fifth was accepted with a nap, which we logged in the handover report as approval.
Baroque. Because the dog deserves it.
A palace whose only resident is a dog — and the floor plan started with him. Stucco, gilding, a crystal chandelier and a velvet throne, because a dog bed is not furniture, it's a symbol of power. The garden fountain has two modes: decorative and drinking.
[ BRIEF ]
Countess Fifi knew what she wanted: “Versailles, but with bowls at the right height”. Her humans knew what they could spend. Those two pieces of knowledge only met at the third meeting.

[ HOW IT WENT ]
We designed the throne 1:1 for the “lying down, but with dignity” pose. Five prototypes, four rejected with a yawn. The fifth was accepted with a nap, which we logged in the handover report as approval.
Baroque loves to add. Schedules don't. Roki broke every gilded element into its own task with a deadline in arkeeno and sent the clients a status every Friday. Delays? One — the fountain, which “wanted more on its own”.
Every kilo of gold had its own line in the estimate, and every change came priced before anyone fell in love with it. So the Countess got a palace and her humans still have a house.

[ ROKI SAYS ]
“I kept the schedule short, like my tail. Stucco on time, gilding on time, fountain on time. The only delay? The client spent two days sniffing velvet samples. She approved all of them.”
ROKI.
